I met Theodore Whitney years ago. He attended several of my events and has remained consistent and supportive over time. Ted is a respected DMV promoter and talent agent who understands the power of relationships and visibility.
Today, we are officially working together.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been visiting venues across Prince George’s County, meeting with owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and explore how we can help them grow. Our goal is not just to host events, but to create experiences that bring people together, increase revenue for venues, and strengthen the local entertainment ecosystem.
Prince George’s County is one of the most culturally rich and economically powerful counties in the region. With a population nearing one million people and more than 550,000 Black residents, it stands as one of the most prominent majority-Black counties in America.
It is also a county with real economic strength. The average household income is approximately $125,000 per year, with a median income around $100,000. This reflects a community with strong buying power, growing businesses, and a demand for quality experiences.
With its close proximity to Washington, D.C., the county has the audience, the talent, and the energy to compete with any major market. Venues like Base Lounge, Spectrum Lounge, KNY Lounge, Mango’s Restaurant Bar and Lounge, 505 Lounge, Felt Lounge, Mason Restaurant and Lounge, De Ranch Restaurant and Lounge/Bar, The Corner Lounge, Galaxy Nightclub, MGM National Harbor, and Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex have already shown what’s possible when entertainment, community, and business come together at a high level.
Theodore Whitney is confident about turning Prince George’s County into a premier nightlife, music, and entertainment district. With vision, consistency, and the right partnerships, we believe this county can become a destination not just for residents, but for the entire DMV region.
But there is still so much untapped potential.
This is not a market lacking resources. This is a market that has been underutilized and underserved when it comes to consistent, high-quality events and strategic promotion.
With the right strategy, marketing, and partnerships, we can help local venues become consistent destinations, not just for weekend traffic, but for long-term growth and brand development.
This is about more than parties. This is about community, culture, and economic growth.
If you are a venue owner, artist, entrepreneur, or brand looking to connect, collaborate, and grow, now is the time.
Let’s build something that lasts.
